They Had the Brand. They Had the Product. But the Sales Weren't Matching Either.

Blend of Soul didn't come to me because their brand was bad.

Actually, that was part of the frustration.

Margo and Kiera had built a vibrant wellness brand around fresh cold-pressed juice, had a community they genuinely cared about, and were developing a new digital offer they believed in.

But sales were slow. Engagement was low. And after investing in social media support before, they were starting to realize:

The problem wasn't whether they were posting enough. The problem was what happened after the post.

A Good Brand Still Needs Somewhere to Take People

They were preparing to launch The Glow Reset, a new juice cleanse digital offer.

They loved the idea.

They were also afraid it wouldn't sell.

And I understood why.

There wasn't yet a clear journey taking someone from:

“Oh, I like this brand.” → “I want this.” → “I'm buying.”

Social was doing one thing. Email wasn't fully connected. Their offers needed more structure. And behind the scenes, the business needed a digital back office that could actually support where they wanted to go next.

Because their vision wasn't small.

They wanted consistent sales, more customers, stronger launches, corporate opportunities, and growth they could actually sustain.

You can't build that on disconnected pieces.

So We Stopped Treating Marketing Like a Content Problem

Before worrying about what Blend of Soul should post next, we zoomed out.

We looked at the entire ecosystem:

Offer → Messaging → Content → Lead → Email → Sale → Customer Journey

And then we looked behind it:

CRM → Project Management → Workflows → Follow-Up → Organization

Because marketing can bring people through the front door all day long.

The business still has to be ready when they walk in.

Then We Built the Infrastructure

Over eight weeks, we focused on connecting what had previously been operating separately.

That included:

  • refining the offer and messaging

  • mapping the customer journey and funnel

  • connecting social content to email and sales

  • creating a repeatable launch strategy

  • organizing the digital back office

  • building systems that could support future customers, launches, and corporate opportunities

Not more marketing for the sake of marketing.

Marketing with somewhere to go.

What Changed

[This becomes your results section. Keep it SHORT and visual.]

Before

Slow sales.
Low engagement.
No defined funnel.
Disconnected marketing.
No repeatable launch process.
A backend that needed structure.

After

And most importantly, Blend of Soul now has an infrastructure designed to keep working after our eight weeks together.

The Brand Was Never the Problem.

They didn't need to become a completely different business.

They needed the structure behind the business to finally match the vision in front of it.

That's the difference between having a good brand and having a business built to grow.
