I could help create the content, clarify the message and get people paying attention, but I kept noticing what happened after the attention came.

The offer wasn't clear. The customer journey had gaps. Follow-up was inconsistent. Processes lived in someone's head. The business had grown, but the infrastructure behind it hadn't.

And I kept finding myself staying past the marketing.
